Day 2: Backgrounds

Today’s creative task is to paint one or two quick backgrounds in no more than 10 minutes. This is a lovely exercise for days when time is short, just getting paint down without worrying about where it might lead.

In the video, I’m working in watercolour, but this approach works just as well with acrylic or any other medium you enjoy. Keep it simple, stay loose, and see what happens.
